How long will my item take to arrive?: We aim to ship all items within 72 hours (apart from orders placed over the weekend, which will be dispatched on Monday).
We now only use courier services for our UK delivery, this is to enable us to deliver our customers orders as quickly as possible and to avoid items getting lost in the post. Delivery to the UK is by Parcel Force Couriers.
How much does postage cost?: We charge a flat-rate fee of £16 per item for postage. Please contact us if standard post is required.
What are my payment options?: You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. We accept VISA and MasterCard (and all types of cards carrying their logotypes).
Do your products come with a warranty?: All products come with a three year manufactures warranty.
